1. From I-64 take exit 124 for US-250 W towards Shadwell/Charlottesville.
2. Take US 250W.
3. Take Right on to VA 20 N.
4. Take Left at Elk Drive to enter the Park.
5. The Cricket Ground is on lower level near the river.

Coming from the East  or West (I-40 W or I-40 E):

  1. Come to Raleigh/Durham on I-40
  2. Take the Miami Blvd Exit (Exit #281) and turn left at the lights at the end of the ramp (applies same even if you exit off I-40 W or I-40 E). Miami Blvd joins Hwy. 54 at the next stop light. Keep proceeding straight on Miami Blvd / Hwy. 54
  3.  Dont turn anywhere.
  4. After approx. a mile (a lil' beyond "Quintiles" on your left) the road forks into Church Street (goes to the right over railroad tracks) and Hwy. 54 (to the left). Stick to Hwy 54 East.
  5. Continue for approx. 1.5 miles.
  6. Slow down and you will see Barbee Road on your right. Turn on to Barbee Road from Hwy. 54 and drive over the railroad tracks to the end of the road.
  7. Turn left at the T-Junction on to Church St (Church on your right).
  8. You will immediately see a baseball field on your left. Turn left on to the first driveway on the left (right after the baseball field) which ends in a small parking lot.
  9. Drive to the far end of the parking lot and Shiloh Park is on the far side of the basketball court.
Coming in from I-85:
  1. Take I-85S toward Durham / Atlanta from I-95S, u have to travel ~120 miles till the exit mentioned below (if I remember correctly).
  2. Stay on I-85S (for a lil' under 2 hrs) till u get to the point where u will see signs for Hwy. 15/501. So, right after u see Guess Road and Hillandale Road exits, stay on the leftmost lane to avoid continuing on I-85S.
  3. Get off the 15/501 exit off I-85 and you will see signs for Hwy 147S right away, immediately get on to the rightmost lane and take the 2nd exit (first one is Hillsboro Road - skip this!) which says Hwy 147S - U HAVE TO BE QUICK HERE! :-). If you see Morreene Road exit, u have continued on to US Hwy. 15-501S and hence missed it. Take the next exit and get back on to 147S.
  4. Now, continue on 147S for about 10 -12 miles; u will pass exits like Ninth Street, Duke Street, Alston Ave., Research Triangle Park, etc to name a few - stay on the leftmost lane when u see signs for I-40 which will take u toward Raleigh (I-40 East).
  5. On I-40E, take the Miami Blvd Exit (Exit #281) and turn left at the lights at the end of the ramp on to Miami Boulevard. Miami Blvd. joins Hwy. 54 at the 2nd stop light after the exit ramp. Drive straight through the intersection on Hwy 54 East / Miami Blvd..
  6. After approx. a mile (a lil' beyond "Quintiles" on your left) the road forks into Church Street (goes to the right over railroad tracks) and Hwy. 54 (to the left). Stick to Hwy 54 East by staying on the leftmost lane.
  7. Continue for approx. 1.5 miles. Slow down and you will see Barbee Road on your right. Turn on to Barbee Road from Hwy. 54 and drive over the railroad tracks to the end of the road. If you see Morrisville Fire Dept. on your left, u have missed Barbee Rd., make a U turn.
  8. Turn left at the T-Junction on to Church St (Shiloh Baptist Church on your right).
  9. You will immediately see a baseball field on your left on Church St. Turn left on to the first driveway on the left (immediately after the baseball field) which ends in a small parking lot. Drive to the far end of the parking lot and Shiloh Park is on the far side of the basketball court.

Coming From Raleigh:

1. Take I-40 West all the way to Greensboro.
2. Take exit 41 (Lee st.) and take a right after the exit.
3. Turn Right on hackett st.
4. Turnl Left on Gorrell St. Merge onto US 29 N.
5. On US 29 Take the exit for 16th Street.
6. After taking the exit make a left.
7. After passing the First Traffic light make the first right on to Ceasar Street and the ground is on the left.

Coming From Charlotte:

1. Take I-85 North all the way to Greensboro.
2. Merge onto I-85 BR (Business) N / US-70 E / US-29 N.
3. Merge onto US-29 N via EXIT 39 toward REIDSVILLE.
4. On US 29 Take the exit for 16th Street.
5. After taking the exit make a left.
6. After passing the First Traffic light make the first right on to Ceasar Street and the ground is on the left.

Take I-40 EAST towards RDU AIRPORT/RALEIGH and Merge on I-40 EAST.
Continue on RALEIGH-CHAPEL HILL EXPY 
Take the I-440 NORTH/US-1 NORTH ramp towards WAKE FOREST/ROCKY MOUNT/WILSON/INNER BELTLINE 
Continue on I-440 EAST 
Take the US-64 EAST
Continue on US-64 EAST
From 64 East, take the exit for US-264 East toward Greenville, do not take 264 Alternate. 
Do not take the last Exit (Exit #73B), instead continue straight and
that will bring you on to Stantonsburg Rd.
Continue on Stantonsburg Rd for a mile and make a right on to Memorial Drive
Continue on the memorial drive for another 5 – 8 miles

Once you cross the Greenville Blvd and Memorial Drive intersection, continue on memorial drive for another 2 miles and then make a left onto Fire Tower Rd. (Trade Mart at the intersection).  If you pass by Sam’s Club you have gone too far.

Once you make a left on to the Fire Tower Rd. continue for another couple of miles and make a right on to the Corey Rd (Covenant Church on the right Side).

Continue for couple of miles on the Corey Rd., the H Boyd Lee park will be on your right side, turn right into the park and go all the way down to the kids play area and from there you will see the cricket ground right next to the last baseball ground at the far end of the park. 

Guys do not bring your vehicles on to the cricket ground, park your cars in the parking lot and carry all the stuff to the cricket ground.  Please do not drive cars or vans on to the ground.

Take I-40 West to Exit 295- Gorman Street. Turn left onto Gorman

From Greenville Area:
Take US 64 west to US 264 west toward Raleigh. Merge onto I-440 Inner
Beltline. Take I-440 to Exit 295- Gorman Street. Turn right onto
Gorman Street to Avent Ferry Road. Turn Right onto Avent Ferry until
the Western Blvd. intersection. Go straight through the stoplight.
This road becomes Morrill Drive. The Miller fields will be on your
left side.

From West:
Take I-40 East to Exit 295- Gorman Street. Turn right onto Gorman
Street to Avent Ferry Road. Turn Right onto Avent Ferry until the
Western Blvd. intersection. Go straight through the stoplight. This
road becomes Morrill Drive. The Miller fields will be on your left side.

From Charlotte Area:
Take I-85 North towards Greensboro. I-85 will merge with I-40. Take
I-40 East towards Raleigh to Exit 295-Gorman Street. Turn left onto
Gorman Street to Avent Ferry Road. Turn Right onto Avent Ferry until
the Western Blvd. intersection. Go straight through the stoplight.
This road becomes Morrill Drive. The Miller fields will be on your
left side.

Alternate route:
From the I-440 beltline in Raleigh take the Hillsborough Street exit towards NCSU and downtown Raleigh.  After about 1.5-2 miles through a several sets of traffic lights.  At a set of lights at a T-junction turn right into DAN ALLEN Drive.  Go under the railway tracks and through a set of traffic lights until you see a large car park on the left.  Go to the far right hand corner of the car park and walk over the small foot bridge to the cricket field

- Take I-40W towards Winston Salem.
- Take US-52 N from Winston Salem. Just before Mt. Airy,
- take I-74W towards Wytheville. I-74W runs into I-77. Take I-77N towards Wytheville.
   Exit 32 in VA is for I-81 N (towards Roanoke).
- Take I-81 N. Take exit 118B. Merge onto 460W towards Blacksburg, Virginia Tech.
   Follow 460W until U see signs for Virginia Tech.
- Take the Virginia Tech Exit (right) at the Exit Stop Light. You will be on Rte 314 (South Gate Drive) in Virginia Tech Central Campus. Drive about 0.7 miles and turn right onto Tech Center Drive. (Just before the right, watch for a sign for Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center). Go up about 200 yards. Enter the parking lot at the left for the last field on that road. (Its immediately after you pass the Tennis Courts on UR right). If the hill levels out or you drove for more than 1 minute on this road you have gone too far.

From Charlotte:
- Take I-77N towards Wytheville. Exit 32 in VA is for I-81 N (towards Roanoke). Take I-81 N. Take exit 118B. Merge onto 460W towards Blacksburg, Virginia Tech.
- Follow 460W until U see signs for Virginia Tech.

- Merge onto 460W towards Blacksburg, Virginia Tech. Follow 460W until U see signs for Virginia Tech. Take the Virginia Tech Exit (right) at the Exit Stop Light. You will be on Rte 314 (South Gate Drive) in Virginia Tech Central Campus. Drive about 0.7 miles and turn right onto Tech Center Drive. Take Hwy 421 South 3 miles to first light, Hagan Stone Pk Rd,
Go left towards Forest Oaks for ½ mile
At first intersection, go right onto (Old) Liberty Rd
Go 3 miles sth to Monnett Rd, just past Fire station and ballfield
Go right on Monnett for ½ mile
New ground is on LHS, look for white fence and HPCC sign,
Entrance to parking immediately on LHS,
Park in gravel lot only, if possible close to Monnett Rd

From Raleigh/Durham/Richmond:
Take I 40/ I 85 West towards Greensboro
Exit (bear left) at Exit 131 onto I 85 Sth to Charlotte
Follow I 85 Sth for 5 miles
Exit 126A- 421 Sth to Sanford
Take Hwy 421 Sth 3 miles to first light, Hagan Stone Pk Rd,
Go left towards Forest Oaks for ½ mile etc etc,
Follow directions for ground and parking as above

From Winston Salem/Blacksburg/Roanoke:
Take I40 East towards Greensboro
Exit onto 421 Sth at Exit 126, Martin Luther King Blvd
Note: This is NOT the same exit as in above directions but the same road,421, simply 3 miles due North
Take 421 Sth for 6 miles (passes under I85 in 3 miles)
Go 3 miles past I85 to first light at Hagan Stone Park Rd,
Go left towards Forest Oaks for ½ mile etc etc,
Follow directions for ground and parking as above

Coming from Raleigh: Take 85 South to Charlotte, take exit W.T.Harris Blvd. East (exit # 45A), go approx 3-4 miles towards town and make left on Rocky River Road, go about a mile and turn right into Reedy Creek Park, turn left into first parking lot on your left. Cricket field is on the left of the Baseball field. (Please note that the Cricket field is not visible from the parking lot, park in this lot and walk to the left of the baseball field and you'll see the field on your left).

Coming from Virginia Tech: Take 77S to Charlotte, take exit #18 (W.T. Harris Blvd. East) and go approx 6-8 miles, Cross I-85 bridge and follow the same direction as above.

Latest directions (2004):

Take Interstate I-85 Exit # 45A for W.T. Harris Blvd. in North Carolina.
You should see Hilton on your left and Chili's on your right at the first traffic light.
Go through 3 traffic lights after the exit and continue to drive on Harris Blvd. passing an overpass bridge.
At the 4th traffic light turn LEFT on Rocky River Road.
Go straight and turn LEFT at first traffic light.  The Rocky River Road Continues.
Within few yards, you will find a sign for REEDY CREEK park. Turn RIGHT into the park.
Once in the park, take first LEFT into the first parking lot. You will see a shelter there and a baseball field. 
You will need to walk to the LEFT of the baseball field on a walking trail and you will see the ground is behind the trees to the left of the baseball field.

Take I-85 towards I-95. Take I-95 North to I-64 west. I-64 west to Staples Mill Rd exit. As the exit ramp forks, bear right and follow Staples Mill west. Stay in the right-hand lane and continue along Staples Mill to its intersection with Glenside/Hilliard Rd. Take a right on Hilliard Rd. The next traffic light is the intersection of Impala and Hilliard. The first road on your left after the traffic signal is Galaxie Rd - take this road, the Holliday Elementary School will be on your left about 1/2 mile along.

Take Carowind Blvd exit towards Carowind, pass Carowind and go about a mile, at light Left on Hwy - 49 South Tryon Street, pass Buster Boyd Bridge into South Carolina; Take right on Hwy- 274 ( Winn Dixie on right & Burger King on left); Go about 500 yards and take right on Hwy- 279 South;go about 5 miles on your left there will a Fire Station, immediately after the Fire Station Left on Union New Hope road, (if you go to stop light, u have gone too far); Go for about 1200 yards (3 quarter of a mile) and left on Lakhani drive. ( on right you will pass the stowe nursery)

From I-85 South:
Take Exit 27 (Hwy 273); Left on Hwy- 273 for about two miles; at T take right on Central Avenue; go for about 500 yards; At light, take left on S Main Street (BP & AMOCO on right); Go about 3.5 miles, (road name changes few times and Zigzag road, will cross a river) At light, left on South New Hope Rd (fish camps); Take first right on Union New hope road; Go for about 1200 yards (3 quarter of a mile) and left on Lakhani drive. ( on right you will pass the stowe nursery).

Coming from Charlotte:
Take I-77 south towards Columbia. Then take Exit #18 (Highway 277 to I-20 W). After a short distance on Highway 277 you will see the exit for I-20 West. Take that exit to Exit #65, US-176-Broad River Road; turn left on Broad River Road. Continue on that road until you see Eckerd Drug on your right. Make a right turn at that traffic light onto Bush River Road and immediately on your left you will see St. Andrews Baptist Church.

Turn left into the parking lot of the church at the first entrance. Going straight back to the back of the lot you will see an open field on you left, followed by a fenced-in area for tennis and basketball. You have to drive onto the grass and go all the way around the tennis/basketball courts. To do this, drive straight back to the back of the church parking lot and you will see a paved driveway going down between two buildings behind the church.

Go down that driveway a few feet but turn left before the building on the left and drive towards the tennis/basketball courts. Then keep the courts on your right and drive around three sides of them. You will be between a fence with woods on your right and an embankment with steps on your left. Keep driving back until this narrow passage opens up and you will be on the playing field.

From Richmond/DC area - Take interstate 81 south and follow the directions as below

From Charlotte - Take Interstate 77 north 125 miles- get on the interstate 81 north at Exit 32 towards Roanoke. From interstate 81 take exit 137 and then follow as below

From Raleigh, Durham and High point area - Take Route 40 W - take exit for Route 68N. 68 N becomes 220 N in approx 20 miles. Stay on 220 N for approx 80 miles. Go through the Roanoke city and merge into Interstate 81 south and then as below.

From Interstate 81, take exit 137. Turn right onto Wildwood Road at end of ramp. Go to the traffic signal and turn right onto West Main Street. Proceed to the third traffic signal at Diuguids Lane and turn left onto Diuguids Lane. Cross railroad tracks and Roanoke River. Entrance to park will be short distance on right. Enter Park make the first left and a left again. Cricket ground is on the "Polo Ground " as on pdf map.

As soon as you enter the park turn right well before the guards booth (there should be signs marked CRICKET). Take the curvy road to the field.

 From Raleigh, Greensboro & Winston-Salem:
Take I-40 West to Exit 182.
Take left on Harper Road; at light, take right onto Hwy. 158.
Tanglewood Park is 1/10 of a mile on the left.

From Charlotte:
Take I-77 North, I-40 East, Exit 180.

From Hickory and Statesville:
Take I-40 East, Exit 180.
Take right on Hwy. 801;
At stoplight, take left on Hwy. 158.
Tanglewood Park is 2 miles on the right.
Note: There are signs for Tanglewood Park posted after exiting the interstate.
