Report by CLCC:

Well Well one by one LIONS working hard to reach there Goal "The Championship".

It was a perfect weather for cricket. TCC the away team came on time, while the CLCC's Cap was eagerly waiting to toss. Here we go the toss won by TCC and elected to bat first, well it was no surprise to CLCC, since TCC have won most of there game batting first.

It all started well when in the 7th over Gopal took a wicket of Ravi, A superb catch by Ani. In 13th over when TCC was going really well at a score of 50 PK the Terminator struck and got Raman out. Sameer joined Aravind the runs were coming freely it was a time for a break, at break time TCC were 62/2. The 16th over gave CLCC another wicket, when Mayur got Aravind LBW. Sameer did a brilliant batting and scored 64 vital runs and well supported by Vijay gave TCC a big total of 166.

Abhi Got Sameer out on time otherwise it could be worst for CLCC.

CLCC chasing 156 at home didn't look tuff at all, But guys let me tell you something TCC is a great Team. It was a long journey to a victory.

We lost our opener Parimal in the 3rd over. Gopal's euper fast 22(14) and Kunal's 30 brought CLCC closer towards Victory, But as i said it was never easy. Every time batsman got set TCC took wicket. Captain Shashi joined Kunal when score was 86/3, CLCC needed 81 runs in 15 overs. Kunal got out at 103. Ashish joined the captain Shashi and i tell you waht they both captain and vice captain played so wisely and took the innings to a end. Well lighting struck again when CLCC needed 10 runs, Shashi got out and after that we lost two quick wickets.

It was getting though the score runs, But Ashish was there. he played a very responcible innings and took CLCC to the FINALS first time in five years.

Once again TEAM effort gave us a big win.

Shashi
